WebNov 15, 2024 · To the OP, the value of the capacitor is determined by the speaker impedance in the region of the intended crossover, which may closer to 8 ohms, but it is also dependent on other driver parameters, and the intended voicing of the speaker, so the calculator is, at best, just a starting point.
