Read the instructions, watch the videos, be systematic, but really all you need to know is to tuck that tire bead as far under the insert as possible all the way around and it will go together without an abundance of cursing. WebInstalling CushCore is not difficult, but it is different. We highly recommend watching the Installation Video before you begin. I'm not running inserts due to point 2. Can't even imagine having to take the tire off trailside to install a tube in case of a large puncture. WebJul 4, 2024 · Just put on the Cushcore, put on tyre, add sealant and job done. This is the best video I've ever watched for Cushcore installation. It's made it pretty straightforward.
