The only real issue I had was one of the holes for mounting the intercooler stripped out. Easy enough to put a nut on it. You need to be careful when tightening the bolts as it is aluminum. Relatively easy install if you take your time. I did have to loosen the rad supports and lift the rad assembly a inch or so to get clearance for the install.
