WebDLSS/FSR does help to bring down the VRAM usage in a lot of games, but for some reason it doesn't scale that much with Deathloop (and it requires a lot of vram anyway). You could try using "Ultra Quality" FSR scaling to see if that helps, but the lower settings are awful.
