WebI ordered this couch last year, Gather with a chaise. Was delayed twice. Finally received and it was a total bait and switch, the cushions are hard and uncomfortable. No springy feeling like in the store! No soft sink in back cushions, hard as a rock and you can barely sit back. Fabric rough and awful (the Icon in gray).
