WebSep 3, 2024 · Resolved it. It had to do with the user's privacy settings for Office 365. Once the Enable options connected experiences was enabled the button worked properly … WebHaving combed through quite a bit, it's not clear why everything is grayed out. Block Web Add-ins is not configured. Block the Office Store is not configured. We've only disabled one command bar button/menu item. None of the 'Connected Experiences' GPO's are configured. Searched through gpresult report and am not seeing anything interesting.
