I can't access my router

I can get DHCP address from the router and all the VLANs can be seen on all other switches. If I assign my laptop and ip address (e.g 192.168.12.15) on the same VLAN 1, I can access any of the 10 switches from within the … WebSo I had a ton of issues with my att gateway so I ended up needing to get a replacement sent. The new one is working and my PC is hardwired. I went back into settings and port forwarded tcp and udp of 32400. Now when I use the mobile app outside of my network though the server is offline. Even using tailscale it doesn't work.
