That said, all the FWD Hondas that I have owned that were driven in snow did commendably. FWD with snow tires is probably a better combination than AWD with all season tires. Snow tires are good but AWD with snow tires are excellent. Even with my 2016 Civic and Blizzak snow tires, I still prefer to drive my AWD HRV with OEM tires in the snow.
