With the trail head starting at Vincent Gap, the Mine Gulch Trail accompanies the Bighorn Mine Trail for a little ways before cutting down into Vincent Gulch. There are several switchbacks on the trail as you drop down into the Gulch. WebThe trail crosses the bowl and leads to an old mine which marks the top of the Butler Gulch trail. Flora & Fauna Wildflowers are the main draw of this hike. Columbine, paintbrush, aster, and many other flowers line the trail and the bowl above the trees.
