As I said, the frame rate only drops about 1-5 frames yet the stutter is very noticeable. Notice how the frame rate drops are in sync with the frame-time spikes. WebGsync does not alter the FPS of games. It syncs the refresh rate of the monitor to the FPS of the game, if FPS is lower than the maximum refresh rate of the monitor.
